Session Evaluation
This full-day workshop is designed to help senior-level leaders address the unique challenges they and their organizations face. The curriculum will help participants dive into effectively disseminating their vision throughout the organization in a way that gains buy-in and is consistently reinforced. We will cover leadership tools designed to support execution of a vision such as tools for empowering employees, keeping individuals motivated, assessing performance and holding people accountable.
